Revenue Recognition
Since the InstallCard has limited margins we can structure the agreement so that InstallerNet will pay a commission for each sale resulting in 100% gross profit with smaller revenue, versus higher revenue with limited margin.
Payment Process (consignment)
InstallCard are on consignment basis, payment due upon activation. InstallerNet can provide weekly batch invoicing electronically if required.
InstallCard Re-Orders
Determine process for re-order from stores. Automatic restocking is available based on activation reporting.
InstallCard Sales Training
InstallerNet Representatives are available to offer training at key regional or national events, as well as develop a train-the-trainer program. Additional online information is available through a controlled Extranet for sales associate reference, FAQs, and training.
Internal Newsletters
If client sales association newsletters or publications are available, InstallerNet can create an article for publication to promote the benefits of offering professional installation.
Online Implementation
If client has an online store, InstallCard products can be merchandised and sold online. Since theft is not a concern, InstallCards can be delivered pre-activated not requiring sales/activation reporting at time of sale. Proof-of-purchase can be verified by the installer. Weekly Sales reports will need to be transmitted for billing purposes.
Online Installer Coverage
Although InstallerNet has nationwide coverage, a custom link can be provided for online customers to determine by zip code installation coverage before making a purchase. Installers are match with store locations so this process is not required for in-store sales.
