Parrot products sold through non-installing channels will include InstallerNet's patent-pending InstallCard. The InstallCard puts an "Installer-in-every-box" for do-it-for-me customers assuring complete customer service while reducing product returns. The InstallCard process is a powerful merchandising tool, which informs customers at the point of purchase that a professional installation solution is available to them. Parrot customers will be able to conveniently identify local InstallerNet members and schedule their installations. The InstallCard is backed by InstallerNet's established nationwide network with more than 1,500 certified professional installers. In addition, the installation work itself comes with a lifetime warranty by InstallerNet, so that the consumer has access to professional assistance with his Parrot car kit anywhere in the United States.

Consumers who purchase Parrot car kits will receive a coded card that serves as proof of purchase and enables them to initiate installation services by contacting InstallerNet either by phone or online. Either way, the make, model and year of their vehicle will be registered and InstallerNet personnel will arrange for installation with a participating installer conveniently located to the customer.
